How It All Began
Where Purpose Is Found was born from a burden to help people struggling with addiction and hopelessness. We saw men and women chained by their past, and we knew Jesus was the answer. What began as simple conversations and mentoring has grown into a ministry where lives are being set free, restored, and filled with purpose.
Our Mission, Vision & Values
Where Purpose Is Found exists to help people find freedom from addiction and new life in Jesus Christ. Our vision is a community of restored lives—men and women once bound by addiction now living as disciples of Jesus and leading others to Him. At the heart of our ministry are values rooted in the Gospel: Christ at the center, the freedom He brings, the unshakable hope that no life is too far gone, the call to discipleship, and a life of service that flows from purpose in Him.

Executive Director
Leads our ministry with a passion for seeing people set free from addiction through the power of Jesus Christ.
Chelsie Cowan
Treasurer
Chelsie faithfully serves as Treasurer, managing finances with integrity and a heart for ministry. She walks alongside participants daily—mentoring, discipling, and continually pointing every step back to Christ.
Doug Binstock
Donation Coordinator
Doug serves as Donation Coordinator, ensuring that every contribution supports the mission of helping people find freedom and purpose in Jesus Christ. With a servant’s heart, he helps steward resources faithfully to advance the ministry’s outreach and impact.
Danelle (Nelly) Petersen
Event Coordinator
Nelly serves as Event Coordinator, organizing gatherings that bring people together in faith and fellowship. With a heart for ministry, she helps create meaningful experiences that point others to the hope and freedom found in Jesus Christ.
Joe Ouellette & Jasmine Yeargle
NH Outreach Coordinators
Joe and Jasmine lead outreach efforts across New Hampshire, connecting with participants and local communities. Through daily mentoring and discipleship, they model Christ’s love and guide others toward spiritual restoration.

Jeff serves as Director of Development, building relationships and sharing the stories of transformation that define the ministry. His passion is to connect people and resources to the mission—helping more lives encounter freedom and purpose through Jesus Christ.

Manette serves as Prayer Coordinator, faithfully covering the ministry, participants, and leaders in prayer. She shares stories of transformation to encourage others to experience the freedom and purpose found in Jesus Christ.
